Do you ship outside of Alaska?

Yes! I ship handmade drops and memory keepsakes anywhere in the US. However, for standard gear repairs and alterations, I only accept local drop-offs in Girdwood or Anchorage.

How many items do I need for a memory bear?

For a standard-sized memory bear, I usually request 3 to 5 baby items (onesies, swaddles, sleepers) or 1 to 2 adult-sized shirts. More fabric allows for better color blocking and design!

Do I need to wash my gear before dropping it off?

YES. PLEASE.

I will not work on dirty or smelly gear. Please ensure your jackets, pants, or garments are freshly laundered before bringing them to the studio. Unwashed items will be returned untouched.

How long do custom commissions take?

It depends on the studio queue, but memory keepsakes and custom plushies generally take 2 to 4 weeks once the fabric is received. I will give you a specific timeline when you request an estimate.
